This playground scavenger hunt is the perfect icebreaker activity for the beginning of school to reacquaint students or help them meet new students in the class.
It can also be used as a class reward, or any time students need a break from desk learning.
Gather students into pairs or small groups to complete this activity.
Most, if not all, of the items are located on most school playgrounds. If they are not on the playground, borrow the missing items from a fellow teacher or bring them from your home backyard!
